Leaving a Legacy
Phil has been an essential part of the onboarding and training of our new contractors. He takes time to listen, lead, and gives a lending hand. His goal is to foster an engaging work environment that encourages our team members to reach their full potential. Phil is a key part in our success and in the success of retaining our contract workforce.

Phil is a wonderful and gifted facilitator and coach. I had the privilege of observing an innovative training he developed for onboarding which incorporates an interactive approach in building connection with new hires, and inspires a culture of growth from day one.
Phil’s program is designed to build a rapport with the participants through transparency and trust. In a short time, I observed reluctant and disinterested employees become engaged and connected. By the end of the session a room full of strangers, many employees who had moved from job to job in a volatile job market, were interacting and discussing purpose in life and relationships, and professional growth.
Phil’s diverse background in top tier leadership, education, career development, public speaking, and non-profit environments has equipped him to design and deliver presentations and trainings that move people forward. He is always thinking about how to engage individuals, teams and organizations to reach goals and maximize potential.
